Xinyi Wang is a PhD candidate and research assisstant in the Department of Urban Planning at Tongji University. He is also conducting his visiting PhD research in the Department of Civil, Architectural and Environmental Engineering at the University of Naples Federico II in 2025. He received his M.Sc in Engineering in Urban Planning from Tongji University in 2022 and B.Sc in Engineering in Urban and Rural Planning from Beijing Jiaotong University in 2019. His research interests focus on two areas: the interaction between high-speed rail stations and urban built-up space, as well as the accessibility planning and 15-mins cities.
